The house has 2 air-conditioned rooms with 1 queen size bed each and the main room has a digital safe. There is 1 bathroom with hot and cold water, 1 kitchen equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (micro, toaster, 4 burner stove , deep plates, coffee with milk etc).
Garage capacity is 2 cars. There is a room with TV 43 ", jacuzzi-pool that can be used all day. In addition, the jacuzzi has hot water, foam and ambient lighting that the client can request at an additional cost to the house. There is also a playpen for babies up to 3 years.
The house is located two blocks from the beach about 150 meters from the sea. There are also 3 food stores that are less than 1 block from the house and a polyclinic, bakery, police that are all less than 2 blocks from the house. There are also several restaurants and bars.
